Yealey Families,

I hope you've had a good week at home. It's been a great week here. You should have seen your child's agenda book come home recently. Be sure you have completed the signature page, #15, and returned it to school.

Next week we will begin our Fall benchmark assessment, MAP. This will give us a starting point for each student and we will use it to track their growth throughout the year. We will also use the results to see if we need to do additional assessment to gather more specific information. We gather as much information in this first month of school as we can so that we make plans that will meet each student where they are and provide instruction that they need.

Tonight is PTA's Party on the Playground. I hope everyone that attends has a great time. Looks like it will be perfect weather for a fun evening!
