I hope you've had a good week at home and are staying warm! It's been a great week at school. I have enjoyed being in classrooms this week seeing 2nd grade students working on their reading skills and enjoying a chapter book. I also got to see students in a first grade math classroom working on understanding place value. It's great to see the progress so many of them are making.
Thank you to the PTA for hosting our movie night last night. I hope everyone enjoyed the movie and fun evening together. Staff was in the building last night working on assessments, data, and planning. So we had a fun night of professional development!
Please don't forget there is no school on Monday. I hope everyone enjoys the three day weekend!
